Flat diamond metal lath is used as a plaster and stucco base on walls and ceilings, for reinforcing corners and joints, and as a key for cement render over wood or steel framing.
What weights and sheet sizes are available?
Common weights are 2.5 lb/yd² and 3.4 lb/yd² (approx. 1.36 and 1.84 kg/m²). The standard sheet is 27" × 96" (686 × 2438 mm); other sizes can be produced on request.
Is it galvanized or painted?
Flat diamond lath is available galvanized for exterior stucco and painted (black asphalt) for interior plastering.
How is metal lath packed?
Sheets are bundled, usually 10 sheets per bundle, then stacked on steel pallets with labels and pallet quantities arranged to your requirements.
