Installation Considerations
The substrate should generally be sound, clean, dry, stable and free from substances that could interfere with adhesion. Fiberglass mesh should normally be embedded into the appropriate fresh mortar, basecoat, plaster or waterproofing layer rather than simply placed on the surface. Where overlapping is required, the exact overlap should follow the applicable system or project specification.
